PLEASE READ THROUGH THE PROJECT THOUROGHLY BEFORE SENDING A BID!
FIXED PRICE OF $60
I’m looking to commission a designer to create and finalize several branded materials for Fin Atlas Apparel. Reference files will be provided for each item and should be used as the visual foundation for the project.
The goal is to create polished, professional, production-ready designs while maintaining consistency across the Fin Atlas Apparel brand.
Project Deliverables
The project includes the following four products:
1. Business Card
2. Great White Shark (GWS) Species Card
3. Thank You Card
4. Product Box / Packaging
Required Final File Formats
For each completed design, I will need the following files:
- PDF
- High-resolution PNG
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
- SVG
The AI and SVG files must be true, editable vector source files, not raster images embedded inside a vector file.
Final files should be suitable for professional printing and manufacturing.
Typography Requirements
Please follow the typography system below throughout the designs to maintain consistency with the existing Fin Atlas Apparel brand.
1. Trade Winds
Use for:
- “Fin Atlas Apparel” brand name
2. Cinzel
Use for:
- Primary headings
- General design text
- Most other prominent typography unless another font is specified below
3. Source Sans 3
Use for:
- Species IDs
- Product codes
- Technical specifications
- Labels
- Identification information
- Other technical or data-focused content
4. Cormorant Garamond
Use for:
- Species names
- Scientific names
- Collector card content
- Educational materials
- Conservation storytelling
- Supporting editorial-style content
All four fonts are available free through Google Fonts.
Design Direction
Please use the attached reference files as the primary visual reference for the project.
The intention is not to completely redesign the existing concepts. The finished work should refine and professionally execute the provided designs while maintaining their established visual identity, layout direction, colors, branding, and overall aesthetic.
Consistency across all four products is very important. They should feel like components of the same Fin Atlas Apparel brand system rather than four unrelated designs.
Production File Requirements
Final artwork should be professionally prepared for production, including where applicable:
- Editable vector artwork
- Properly organized Adobe Illustrator files
- Clean vector paths and shapes
- Correct document dimensions
- Print-ready resolution
- Appropriate bleed and safe areas
- CMYK print preparation
- Consistent color specifications
- Proper image linking or embedding
- Fonts appropriately packaged or converted to outlines in final production files
- Separate editable and outlined versions when appropriate
- No unnecessary rasterization of logos, typography, icons, or other vector elements
Please maintain the integrity of all supplied logos, marks, QR codes, IDs, and other established brand elements.
Before Beginning
Please review all provided reference files before starting the project.
If anything is unclear regarding the artwork, typography, dimensions, placement, production requirements, or supplied files, please contact me before making assumptions or significant design changes.
I’m happy to answer questions and provide additional information necessary to ensure the final designs accurately represent Fin Atlas Apparel.
