App Optimization & Authentication Upgrade

I’m looking for a developer who can dive into my existing mobile app, polish its performance, and give the interface a fresh, more accessible feel while also modernising the entire sign-in flow.

The core of the job is twofold. First, I want noticeably smoother performance—screen transitions, animations, and network calls should feel instant and glitch-free once your work is done. Second, the UI needs a facelift that combines design refinements, clearer navigation, and proper accessibility support so the app feels intuitive to every user, including those relying on screen readers or larger fonts.

Alongside these changes, the current authentication module must be upgraded to a more secure approach. I’ll provide the present implementation and API details; you’ll integrate the new flow, ensure session management remains stable, and run end-to-end tests so existing users transition seamlessly.

Deliverables
• Performance-tuned code committed to my repo with a short before-vs-after profiling summary
• Updated UI components covering design, navigation, and accessibility improvements, fully tested on both light and dark modes
• Reworked authentication system, deployed behind a feature flag, and documented for my backend team
