Apollo.io, Hospital Leadership Contact Research Specialist

Apollo.io researcher needed: senior leadership contacts at 80 US hospitals

I have a spreadsheet of 80 US hospitals (name, address, Medicare ID). For each hospital, find the current person in 7 leadership roles using Apollo.io or an equivalent database (ZoomInfo, RocketReach, etc.), plus hospital websites and directories:

- Head of Case Management (most important; titles vary, e.g. VP Care Management, Director of Care Coordination, Director of Patient Flow; a title guide is included)
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Chief Quality Officer
- Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO)
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

For each person: full name, exact title, LinkedIn profile URL, FAX number (their office or department fax), verified work email, and direct or mobile phone. Also the hospital's executive/administration office fax.

Priority order: name, LinkedIn URL, fax, email, phone. Fax numbers matter to us; hospital websites and directories often list them.

Up to 560 contacts (80 hospitals x 7 roles).

Requirements:
- Use the spreadsheet I provide and return it with the cells filled in. Instructions are in the file.
- Verified emails only. No guessed email patterns.
- Write "Not found" when a role can't be found; never leave it blank.
- Current people only (in role as of 2026).
