APISetu PDF Sharing API

I need an experienced developer who has already worked with the APISetu platform to create a reliable document-sharing API focused on PDF files. The goal is to plug directly into APISetu’s workflow so that authorised consumer applications can request, fetch, and display my organisation’s PDFs with the same ease that DigiLocker-style services provide.

Here’s what I expect:
• Build and expose the endpoints required by APISetu for publishing documents, fetching them on demand, and checking their status.
• Ensure the solution follows the standard consent, token and callback sequence mandated by APISetu so onboarding later with MeitY is straightforward.
• Handle PDF formatting nuances—page orientation, file size limits, MIME types—so that every file returned is immediately usable without post-processing.
• Provide concise setup notes, Postman collections (or similar) for quick testing, and a small read-me that outlines any environment variables or secrets I need to set.

Right now my only mandatory format is PDF, but I’m open to features such as encryption or digital signatures if you feel they add value and fit naturally into the same flow.

Please share a brief note on similar APISetu integrations you have delivered and how quickly you can have a staging version ready so I can start the compliance paperwork.
