Apartment Interior Sketch Artist

I already have a full CAD plan and a folder of reference images for every room in the apartment; I now need those ideas turned into clear, presentation-quality sketches that my contractor and suppliers can understand at a glance.

The scope covers the entire apartment, but the most detailed attention is required in the following areas:

Living room
• Furniture placement
• Wall decorations
• Lighting setup

Kitchen
• Cabinet layout
• Appliance placement
• Countertops & backsplashes

For the bedroom and circulation zones I mainly need overall layout and key feature indication rather than exhaustive detailing.

Please work directly over the CAD underlay (DWG or PDF—your choice) and deliver clean sketches as layered PSD/Procreate files or high-resolution JPEG/PNG scans if you prefer traditional media. Each sketch should be clearly labelled, to scale, and easy to read when printed in A3.

I will supply:
• The CAD file (properly layered)
• A detailed mood/reference pack for colours, textures and fixtures

What I expect back:
• One perspective and one annotated plan or elevation per area listed above
• Separate layers for linework and shading/colour so last-minute tweaks stay simple
• A brief hand-written or typed note with any assumptions you make during the process

Once the first draft is approved I’ll mark up revisions (if any) and we’ll move to the final rendering pass. If you enjoy loose but accurate architectural sketching and can keep visual consistency across several rooms, this should be a straightforward collaboration. Beginners please excuse.
