I have a newly purchased apartment and I need a professional eye to shape three key spaces—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—from the ground up. At this stage I’m flexible on style; whether you lean Modern, Classic, or Minimalist, I’m open to seeing concepts that suit the layout and bring a cohesive feel to the whole home.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Concept mood-boards for each room showing colour palette, furniture ideas and lighting direction
• Scaled floor plans with clear furniture placement
• 3D visualisations or realistic renders so I can understand flow and finishes before committing
• A concise sourcing list (major furniture, lighting, décor) that I can purchase locally or online

If you typically work in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar, let me know—file compatibility matters because I’d like editable files for any future tweaks.

I’ll provide current floor measurements, photos, and any additional information as soon as we start. Accuracy, a strong sense of space, and clear communication throughout the process are important to me, and I’m ready to begin as soon as you can schedule the first concept presentation.
