APAC VLA Transcription Specialist

I’m kicking off a region-wide Visual Language Action (VLA) initiative for APAC and am looking for a reliable transcription partner to help convert a range of existing visual and recorded materials into accurate, well-structured text.

The scope will begin with reviewing and transcribing source materials such as presentations, product content, social content, interface-related recordings and other VLA project assets. The goal is to create clean, consistent transcripts that can be easily reviewed, edited, referenced and repurposed across the APAC initiative.

Attention to detail is essential, particularly when handling technical terminology, brand language, product names and regional variations.

Deliverables

* Accurate transcripts of all assigned source materials
* Clear formatting and speaker identification where applicable
* Consistent treatment of terminology, acronyms and brand-specific language
* Transcripts delivered in editable formats
* Organised master transcript library for easy hand-off and future reference
* Identification of unclear, inaudible or ambiguous sections
* Final quality check and handover of completed files

Acceptance Criteria

* Transcripts accurately reflect the source material
* Spelling, punctuation and formatting are consistent throughout
* Brand, product and technical terminology is captured accurately
* Speakers are clearly identified where required
* Any unclear or inaudible sections are clearly flagged rather than guessed
* Source and editable files are supplied in the agreed formats
* Files are organised logically and ready for review or downstream use

We’ll run the work in milestones so I can review and sign off each stage before moving on to the next batch.
