Oversees all regions to ensure all members are receiving value.
Primary focus
Maximise vendor engagement and experience
Ensure meeting credits are activated and used
Drive use of the new platform and monitor usage
Ensure qualified introductions are facilitated. Refer individuals to the relevant team member.
Supports onboarding and day to day coordination of team
Identify renewal opportunities and reduce churn.
Follow up with vendors ensuring customer satisfaction and see value from their memberships and renew their subscriptions.
Aim to have 5* rating meetings consistently.
Executive engagement, encourage active participation through greater use of platform.
Active use of AI to reduce time on tasks that can be automated.
CRM maintained daily for weekly reporting. Every active account health score to be updated.
Secondary focus
Check AI process improvements and platform is running smoothly, improved response time to members, using AI to improve communication, research, documentation and meeting preparation.
Support enterprise growth by obtaining wish lists and uncover opportunities to grow , leverage existing executives for referrals.

Tools & Standards
Manus — daily use for exec research, personalised outreach, project matching, and Slack reporting.
Folk CRM — all activity logged same day. Status updated at every stage. Every outreach message must reference something specific about that executive. No generic messages. Every exec goes into Folk the same day. If it is not in Folk, it did not happen.
Slack — daily pipeline post; Monday weekly summary.
WhatsApp — for the 230+ executives in the meetmagic WhatsApp channel.
