I need a complete ANSYS-based study of a helical tube heat exchanger turned around in just two days. I will supply the detailed geometric dimensions; from there, I want you to:
• Build the 3-D geometry exactly to spec
• Generate a mesh and run a proper convergence study, documenting the grid-independent solution
• Set up and solve the thermal-fluid simulation, selecting models and boundary conditions that suit a coiled-tube exchanger
• Validate the solution numerically (residuals and energy balance) and present clear plots of temperature, velocity and pressure fields
• Summarise findings in a concise PDF report and hand over the ANSYS project files so results can be reproduced
Please highlight any turbulence models, wall treatments or user-defined functions you will apply, as well as the mesh metrics you will track during the refinement study. Meeting the 48-hour deadline is critical, so reply only if you are confident you can deliver on time without compromising accuracy.
