Annual Rotaract Magazine Design

Rotaract Club of Kadi (RID 3055) publishes a 20-25-page magazine that captures everything we have accomplished, and I’m ready to hand the design reins to someone who can turn a folder full of photos, event notes and testimonials into a lively, reader-friendly publication.

The magazine’s heartbeat will be our Event highlights, so every layout decision should draw readers into the story of each project with bold imagery, concise captions and playful yet coherent typography. I want the overall look to stay fun and vibrant—bright colour palettes, dynamic grids and plenty of breathing space so nothing feels cluttered.

Scope of work
• Build the complete page layout (InDesign, Canva, Affinity Publisher or similar—your call, as long as the final file exports cleanly to PDF).
• Select, crop and position photos; adjust basic colour/lighting where needed.
• Write or refine short captions and section headers that match the upbeat tone.
• Prepare the final magazine as a high-resolution, print-ready PDF plus an RGB web PDF.

Because this is a volunteer-driven club project, the schedule is flexible; quality and creativity matter more than speed. I’ll supply all photographs, logos, copy blocks and last year’s issue once we agree to proceed.

Deliverables will be accepted when
• 20-25 fully designed pages are supplied in editable source files and print/web PDFs.
• Fonts and images are either free-to-use or properly licensed and packaged.
• All event captions are proof-read and consistent with club terminology.
