Anniversary Party Candid Photography & Reels

Our family is hosting an anniversary celebration in Vikaspuri on 01 November 2026, and the entire event runs just two hours—20:00 to 22:00. The assignment covers on-site shooting during that window and post-production of both stills and short video reels.

Visual approach
• Capture natural, candid moments throughout the evening.
• Produce fun, cinematic reels set to music that reflect the atmosphere.
• Make sure to document guests as they arrive and their spontaneous interactions; those unscripted exchanges are the priority. If time allows, you can always slip in a few traditional shots, but staying unobtrusive matters most.

Deliverables
• A curated selection of professionally edited, high-resolution photos.
• At least one or two short highlight reels, colour-graded and paired with a licensed music track.
• Everything shared online—Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any private link that keeps full quality intact.

Workflow notes
Shoot with a DSLR or mirrorless body and fast lenses to handle mixed indoor lighting; a gimbal or stabilised setup will keep the video smooth. Edit in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent so the final look is polished yet true to life.

Acceptance criteria
All files must be fully edited, free of watermarks, and delivered in widely compatible formats (JPEG for photos, MP4 for reels). Consistent colour grading across the set and synced audio on the reels will signal completion.
