I’m commissioning a fresh, anime-style illustration created start-to-finish in Ibis Paint X. I don’t have any pre-existing or licensed characters to include, so you’re free to craft an original concept that feels fun, expressive, and unmistakably anime.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A high-resolution PNG (at least 3000 px on the longest edge) ready for web and print.
• The native .ibis file with all layers intact so I can review linework, coloring, and effects separately.
• A short note (a paragraph is fine) explaining your palette choices and any special brushes or FX you used inside Ibis Paint X, purely for my reference.
