Animated HTML5 & GIF Ad Banners

This project requires a fast-turnaround set of animated banners for an online advertising campaign. The creative assets (copy, imagery, brand colours) are ready to hand over; what I need now is polished HTML5 units together with matching GIF back-ups that comply with the major ad networks.

The banners must use clean, lightweight animation—simple fades, slide-ins or comparable effects that capture attention without exceeding platform limits. I definitely need the three core sizes—300×250, 728×90 and 160×600—and I’m open to any other standard formats you recommend if time allows.

Deliverables
• HTML5 banners, fully packaged with polite-load, clickTag and backup image
• Animated GIF versions of the same sizes
• Organised source files for future edits (GWD, Animate, or similar)
• Quick preview links or test files proving each banner validates in Google Ad Manager

Acceptance criteria: under 150 KB per HTML5 ad (GIFs under 300 KB), max 15-second loop, renders perfectly across modern browsers and devices.
