Animated Gift Designer for Live Voice-Chat App

I’m building a live voice-chat/social app similar to SoulChill, SUGO, Xena Live, and Soul Star. I need a designer/animator who can create animated virtual gift effects for the app.

I specifically need SVGA gift animations, not just MP4 videos or static images.

Examples of gifts I will need:

Roses, hearts, diamonds, crowns
Luxury cars
Lions, dragons and other animals
Private jets and yachts
Castles and royal themes
Full-screen premium gift animations

Requirements:

Final files must be .svga
Optimized for Android and iOS
Smooth animation and transparent background
Small/reasonable file size
Commercial-use rights included
Original work, not stolen/ripped from other apps
Source files included if possible
