BASKET HYPE — ESSENCE OF THE FILM SCENARIO
The film tells the story of a basketball traveling through Piotrków Trybunalski, passed from one group of characters to another until it ultimately reaches the sports hall. The basketball is the central hero and connecting element of the entire story.
Each group represents one of the Basket Hype teams and has its own personality and visual world. Despite their differences, all become connected through their fascination with basketball.
The film combines 3D animated characters with a stylized comic-book interpretation of real locations in Piotrków Trybunalski. Characters must remain faithful to their master reference files, while streets, buildings, forests, Lake Bugaj, and other locations become a coherent comic-book environment. Important landmarks must remain recognizable.
The atmosphere is energetic, humorous, positive, and cinematic. The basketball creates both the action and transitions between scenes, physically carrying the viewer from one team and location to another.
THE BALL — MAIN HERO
The basketball remains visually consistent throughout the film, with correct spherical proportions, eight panels, and authentic seam placement, without inscriptions.
Although shown from different perspectives and scales, its fundamental appearance never changes except for a moment when it is built around and transforms into a Brick Basketball.
Every group encounters the ball differently: some play with it, some chase it, some transport it and others transform their environment around it. The ball therefore becomes the protagonist, the connection between teams and the symbol of their shared passion.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The video must include dynamic scenes showcasing eight characters or groups representing different teams while highlighting recognizable city landmarks.
- A warm cinematic Polish voiceover should narrate key lines (provided in Polish), supported by music and sound effects (e.g., eagle squeaks or sheep sounds).
- The deliverable should be polished enough to impress an audience rather than appear AI-generated or unprofessional.
- Resources such as 70 prepared frames showing characters and master files will be provided to assist in production.
- Final delivery deadline: Sunday noon Poland time.
