Animated Blue Jays Dance Video

I'm looking for an animator to create a 1:30 long music video featuring my pre-designed characters.

Requirements:
- A trio of cartoony Blue Jays dancing like James Brown and his backup dancers.
- Blue Jays need to follow specific dance routines that I will provide through videos or links.
