Animated Album Visualizer for YouTube

I’m packaging a 40-minute soundtrack into a single YouTube video that feels like a cosy late-80s / early-90s basement. All art assets are ready: 28 high-res illustrations from the book, several pixel-art loops from the game, and a layered PSD of the room (lava lamp, bean-bag, CRT TV, posters, scattered game boxes, the whole vibe).

Here’s what I need you to do:

• Build one continuous scene that stays mostly static, then breathe life into it with very gentle movement. My preferred motion language is simple fading in and out; no big pans or cuts.
• Posters on the wall should swap using the same fade treatment, so over the runtime every piece of book art has its moment.
• The CRT TV will hold one pixel artwork per musical section. I’ll give you a cue sheet that marks where the track naturally shifts so you can sync the change cleanly.
• Feel free to nudge colours (RGB shifts, vignette pulses, grain overlays) so the space never feels frozen, but keep it subtle—lo-fi study video calm even though the music itself isn’t lo-fi.

Deliverables
1. Final 1920×1080 (or 1440p if you prefer) MP4 ready for upload, audio perfectly synced.
2. Project file (After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci—whichever you use) with organised layers so I can tweak things later.

Acceptance checkpoints:
• First look: one-minute sample showing the fade rhythm, TV swap, and a poster transition.
• Final review: full 40-minute render; I’ll watch for clean fades, section-accurate TV art, and consistent colour treatment.
