I need a complete, ready-to-use mobile application that runs smoothly on both Android and iPhone. The core goal is to move from concept to a fully functioning app I can publish in Google Play and the App Store, not just a prototype.
Scope of work
• Plan the app’s architecture and user flow based on the requirements we will finalise together.
• Design clean, modern screens that follow Android and iOS guidelines.
• Build the app with a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native (open to your recommendation) so maintenance stays simple.
• Integrate any back-end services the app needs—REST APIs, Firebase, or a lightweight custom server.
• Implement testing, optimise performance, and handle store compliance so I can submit without friction.
Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repository.
2. A release-ready APK and an iOS archive/TestFlight build.
3. Brief technical documentation covering build steps, key libraries, and how to update basic content.
Acceptance criteria
• The app installs and launches without errors on current Android and iOS versions.
• All agreed features are fully interactive and bug-free.
• Performance meets typical mobile UX standards (fast load times, smooth navigation).
If this matches your expertise, outline your preferred tech stack, similar apps you have shipped, and an estimated timeline for each milestone so we can kick off development right away.
