Android Taxi Booking App Build

I need a complete taxi-booking solution for Android that lets passengers request rides, drivers accept them, and an admin panel keep everything running smoothly. Core functionality must include real-time vehicle tracking on a map, in-app payment processing, and a post-ride driver-rating flow.

All three user roles—Passenger, Driver, and Admin—must have their own dedicated experiences in a single codebase. Passengers and drivers will sign in through phone-number verification only; no email or social logins are required.

I expect modern Android development practices (Kotlin with clean architecture is preferred, though well-structured Java is acceptable), seamless Google Maps integration for live tracking, and a reliable payment gateway that can be switched out if needed. An intuitive Firebase or similar backend is fine as long as trip data, user profiles, and rating history stay in sync in real time.

Please package the work so that I can build and run each module locally, then publish to Google Play without extra tweaks.
