Android Social App With Ads

I’m building a straightforward social-style Android app and need a developer who already knows their way around mobile ad monetisation. The app itself will be lean—login/registration, a scrolling feed, individual post view and a basic profile screen—but the advertising layer must be rock-solid.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Complete Android build (latest SDK, Kotlin preferred)
• Banner, interstitial and rewarded ads implemented through Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and one additional network you recommend
• Ad logic that respects Google Play policies and can be toggled remotely (Firebase Remote Config or similar)
• Clean, well-commented code organised using modern Jetpack components so I can extend it later
• Final hand-off: release-ready AAB/APK, full Android Studio project, and a concise README explaining how to swap ad unit IDs

I’d like to see a first workable build in about two weeks and will split payment by milestones—core app, AdMob integration, extra networks, final polish. If you’ve shipped Android apps that already earn with multiple networks, please share a Play Store link or package name so I can confirm.
