I’m looking for someone who truly understands Android smartphones to help me get mine back to perfect working order. It’s an Android-based handset, and while I haven’t pinned the problem to software, hardware, or connectivity yet, I can describe the symptoms once we connect so you can zero in on the root cause quickly.
What I need from you:
• A clear, step-by-step diagnostic process run with me remotely (video or chat is fine).
• A concise explanation of the fault you uncover and how you confirmed it.
• Practical instructions—or a flashed file, driver set, or settings profile if software is involved—that I can apply immediately to fix the issue.
• Confirmation that the phone is stable afterward (brief follow-up is appreciated).
If specialized tools (ADB, Fastboot, Odin, diagnostic apps, etc.) or parts are required, please outline them upfront so I can prepare. Experience with multiple Android OEM skins and firmware variations will be a plus.
