I need an Android APK that, at the tap of an on-screen button, captures the entire display and can crop and saves the specific part image locally in the apk for later use to use a a refrence. The storage location can be a private app folder or any other path that keeps the screenshots neatly organised in the apk.

Beyond simple capture, the same app should let me trigger custom actions of my choosing. Typical examples could include launching another application, firing off an email, or running a lightweight script, but I want the framework open enough that I can add or swap actions without reinstalling a new build each time. Think of it as a small command hub that runs immediately after (or independent from) the screenshot event.

Core expectations
• Single in-app button initiates the screenshot of the full screen.
• Image is stored reliably and timestamped.
• Modular command section where I can define, enable or disable actions.
• Clean, minimal UI with clear feedback that a screenshot was taken and the follow-up command (if any) executed successfully.
• Code must comply with current Android permissions for screen capture and file access (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or scoped storage, whichever is most future-proof).
• Deliver the signed APK plus full, well-commented source code so I can iterate later.

I will test on a recent Android device; once the capture works flawlessly and at least one custom action is demonstrably configurable, the job is done.
