Android RAM Installer Utility

I already have a working “RAM reader & speeder” engine that has shown gains of up to 1 750 % during internal tests. What I still need is an Android-side installer that drops this engine in place, links it correctly with the device’s CPU, and makes sure the boost routines load on every boot without the user having to tweak Chrome flags such as ‑-enable-precise-memory-info.
Scope
• Target versions: Android 9 through the newly released 17.
• Device state: I would like it to run on stock, non-rooted phones out of the box; if you can also detect root and unlock deeper hooks, even better, but root must not be mandatory.
• Task: Build an APK (or modular Android App Bundle if that is cleaner) that copies my supplied native libraries, registers the required services, requests only the permissions that are absolutely necessary, and then hands control to the engine so it can do its RAM optimisation work at the CPU level.
• On first launch the app should verify integrity of the copied binaries, start the service, and expose a minimal UI with a single “Boost On/Off” switch plus a status read-out of current free/used memory taken directly from /proc or MemoryStats — no Chrome flags, no WebViews.
Deliverables
1. Signed release-ready APK/AAB.
2. Complete annotated source (Kotlin or Java, your pick) so I can compile it myself in Android Studio.
3. Brief README explaining how the installer talks to the engine, any AIDL or JNI bridges used, and how the service is kept alive across reboots.
4. Test report confirming the app installs, starts, and boosts on at least one device for each major Android version 9-17.
If this is clear and doable for you, let me know what extra information you need and how long the build would take.
