Android MSSQL Inventory Procuct Viewer

I need a small Android application, written purely in Java, that connects to an on-premise Microsoft SQL Server reachable over our local LAN (no cloud, no VPN). Once connected it should perform two kinds of database calls only: straightforward SELECT queries and a handful of existing stored procedures that I will supply. The result I care about is our Inventory data table; after every call the records have to appear in a clean, responsive tabular layout.

The interface must feel modern yet simple: a single screen with the table and a search bar that filters rows as the user types. That is the only interaction required for now, though the code should be organised clearly enough that we could add sorting or filtering later.

Deliverables
• Complete Android Studio project (Java) with all source files, build.gradle entries and any JDBC/MSSQL driver you choose already configured
• One configuration file or constant block where I can set server IP, port, database name, user and password
• A short read-me that shows how to build, install, and where to drop my SQL text or procedure names

I will test by pointing the APK at our LAN server; if the inventory table fills correctly and the search bar works smoothly, the job is done.
