Android Messaging App Testing & Consultation

Mobile App Tester & Business Consultant Needed
I am looking for an experienced mobile app tester who can also provide practical business feedback on my Android messaging app.
What you will do:
• Test the app on real Android phones, including low-end devices.
• Test messaging and notifications from the user's perspective.
• Test message counts and home-screen notification badges.
• Test messages arriving when the app is open and closed.
• Test sending and receiving multiple messages.
• Test message ordering and delivery.
• Test different Android versions and phone manufacturers where possible.
• Reproduce and document problems.
• Provide screenshots and screen recordings when needed.
• Confirm whether reported problems can be reproduced consistently.
• Provide practical feedback on the app from a potential user's perspective.
• Give honest business-oriented feedback about the app, its usability, presentation, and potential user experience.
Important:
I am looking for someone with real-world Android testing experience who can independently investigate and reproduce problems rather than simply following a checklist.
I also want someone who can give honest, practical feedback as a business consultant. You should be comfortable pointing out problems, weaknesses, confusing features, or things that could make the app less attractive to users.
A video call is required so we can discuss the testing process, reproduce issues together when necessary, and review the final results.
The main goal is to establish whether the reported messaging, notification, and message-count problems can be reproduced before moving on to new features, while also getting an independent opinion about the app from a business and user perspective.
