Please provide an estimated total development price in USD and an estimated completion time for the following Android kiosk/WebView application scenario. Please state important assumptions or compatibility limitations in your quotation.
Requested functionality:
1. Develop the application in Android Studio, with a landscape layout and a full-screen WebView.
2. Support tablet and TV-sized displays. The historical specification refers to Android TV and WebOS; please identify any platform incompatibility or separate implementation required rather than assume they are the same operating system.
3. Operate in kiosk mode: users should not be able to leave the application or access other device functions unless they enter the correct security PIN.
4. Show a splash screen, followed by a screen for entering a BookerID/store identifier. Include a Start Over button to clear that field and a button to continue.
5. On the next screen, let the user create and confirm the exit PIN. Start Over returns to the identifier screen; Activate saves the PIN and opens the WebView.
6. Load https://bookerID.com/ followed by the entered identifier, for example https://bookerID.com/My808Shop.
7. In the bottom-left corner of the WebView, display a logo at 45% opacity. Selecting it opens a PIN prompt. A wrong PIN dismisses the prompt without exiting; the correct PIN exits kiosk mode and permits normal device access.
For estimating purposes, assume the commissioning client supplies the logo and screen-design references. We do not possess or claim ownership of the original client's assets.
