I need a simple, reliable document-scanner that runs on both Android and iOS and ships to the Play Store and App Store without hiccups. The core task is straight-forward: open the camera, capture one or multiple pages, detect the edges automatically, crop, enhance, then save or share the result as a single PDF.

Key functions I must see working smoothly:
• Auto-cropping and page-boundary detection so users don’t have to fiddle with manual corners.
• Local file management: folders, rename, quick search and the option to delete or re-order pages before final export.
• One-tap “Save as PDF”. No OCR or deep editing—just clean scans.
• Although “cloud storage integration” was ticked, I actually want files to stay on the device for now, so please implement local mobile storage with the architecture left open for future Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive hooks.

Deliverables
1. Source code (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift, or another well-supported approach—your call, as long as review and future maintenance are easy).
2. Test builds for Android and iOS that demonstrate the full scan-to-PDF flow.
3. Final store-ready packages plus a brief setup document covering build steps, entitlements, and camera permissions.

Acceptance criteria: the app launches, scans multi-page documents in less than 10 seconds per page on a mid-range phone, auto-detects edges accurately under normal indoor lighting, produces a single PDF under 300 dpi, stores it locally, and lets me move, rename, or delete it from an in-app library.

If you have a ready-made framework or past project you can adapt quickly, even better—just make sure it meets the flow and UI polish needed for public release.
