I’m ready to turn a freelancing concept into a full-fledged Android application. The app’s core goal is to let users post projects, connect with skilled professionals, and manage jobs from first contact through completion—all within a smooth, modern Android experience.

Here’s how I picture the build:

• User-friendly onboarding for both clients and freelancers, with profile creation and skill tagging.
• Project posting, search, and filtering so users can easily match work to talent.
• In-app chat or messaging for real-time discussion.
• A simple milestone and payment flow (think “fund, submit, approve”) that can be wired to Stripe or a comparable gateway.
• Push notifications to keep everyone updated on new projects, bids, and approvals.
• Admin dashboard (web or in-app) for user management and dispute handling.

I plan to work in agile sprints, so clear APK builds, source code, and brief release notes at each milestone will be the deliverables I sign off. Code should be written in Kotlin (or modern Java if you have strong reasons), built in Android Studio, and consume REST/JSON APIs cleanly; Firebase for auth or messaging is fine if it accelerates development.

Acceptance criteria
1. Latest Android SDK compliance with backward compatibility to API 26.
2. Smooth sign-up/login flow and verified, working project creation.
3. Real-time messaging tested on at least two physical devices.
4. Payment flow tested in sandbox mode and demoed via screen-share.
5. Final APK and full, documented source code handed over in a private Git repo.

If you have portfolio pieces that show marketplace or chat functionality, I’d love to review them before kicking off the first sprint.
