I need a small Android-only solution that keeps a field employee’s GPS location streaming in real time for a full 10-hour shift. The phone should start tracking with a single tap, run quietly in the background, and push live latitude-longitude data to an endpoint I can inspect as it happens—no cell-tower or Wi-Fi fallbacks, pure GPS.

Please build a lightweight app or service that:

• Requests the necessary foreground/background location permissions once and keeps them alive.
• Publishes location updates continuously (no noticeable gaps) for up to 10 hours without killing the battery or losing accuracy.
• Lets me specify the update frequency before deployment—default can be every 5–10 seconds.
• Saves a local log as a safeguard if the connection drops, then syncs automatically when coverage returns.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Signed APK and full Android Studio source (Java or Kotlin).
2. Simple README explaining how to change the server URL and rebuild.
3. Quick test video or screenshots proving a 10-hour uninterrupted tracking session.

If any clarification is needed on the endpoint format or update interval, just ask and we’ll lock it in before you start.
