I have an existing Android event-management app that is crashing and I need it running smoothly before I ship it to Google Play. The crashes are the only blocking issue—no redesigns or new feature work is planned right now—so your mission is entirely about stability and reliability.

I will provide the full Android Studio project, current build variants, and crash logs. Your job is to trace the causes of the crashes, patch the code, and return a clean project that builds without warnings and survives stress-testing on recent Android versions. Once the fixes test out, compile a release AAB and walk me through any keystore or Play Console steps needed so the update goes live without further review rejections.
