Android CRM App via Capacitor

My WhatsApp-based CRM SaaS already runs smoothly on the web; now I need a focused Android companion built with Capacitor. The initial scope is intentionally lean so we can ship fast and learn from users.

Core functionality for this first release:
• Email-and-password login with new-user registration linked to my existing back-end.
• Contact management: fetch, add, edit, archive and sync contacts that already live in the SaaS database.
• Message broadcasting: pick contacts or lists, compose a WhatsApp message and trigger the existing server-side send endpoint.

I have sketches and a clear idea of the key screens but no polished UI kit, so I’ll rely on you to translate those ideas into a clean, intuitive interface that feels at home on modern Android. Capacitor and (Ionic/React/Angular/Vue—your choice) must be the foundation so we can share code with a future iOS build.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repo with concise README for local setup.
2. Signed release-ready APK plus a debug build for testing.
3. Basic unit or integration tests around authentication and API calls.
4. Short Loom walkthrough of the app and code structure.

Acceptance criteria
• Successful login/registration flows, with JWT stored securely and refreshed.
• All three feature areas operate against staging APIs I will provide.
• App builds without errors using Capacitor CLI and runs on Android 11+.
• UI matches the agreed wireframes and passes a simple usability check I’ll schedule.

Timeline can be flexible within reason, but I’d like a functional MVP in hand within three weeks so I can start internal testing. Let’s keep communication clear; I’ll answer API or design questions fast to keep momentum high.
