I need a lightweight bot that can run directly on an Android phone or tablet and take over routine app usage for me. The core requirement is the ability to launch chosen apps, follow a sequence of taps or swipes that I define, and repeat those steps on a schedule I set – hourly, daily, or at custom times. In other words, the bot should combine app-level automation with reliable scheduling.
Key points you’ll be tackling
• Automating app usage: the solution must replicate real user interaction through UIAutomator, Accessibility Service, or an equally robust approach that does NOT require root access.
• Performing scheduled tasks: a simple UI where I can build or import a macro, assign the run times, and let the phone execute hands-free. Think “open app → navigate to X → tap Y → wait 10 s → close” repeated at 9 AM and 3 PM every day.
Deliverables
1. APK ready to sideload plus full source code (Kotlin or Java preferred).
2. Step-by-step setup and usage guide.
3. A brief video or screen recording showing one of my sample routines running on schedule.
Acceptance criteria
• All defined steps fire at the exact scheduled times for at least a 24-hour test window.
• No crashes, stalls, or noticeable UI lag while the bot is active.
• Easy edit / delete options for schedules and macros.
