Android App UAT: Full Testing

Our internal Android app is feature-complete and ready for a thorough User Acceptance Test. I need you to validate functionality, stress-check performance, and critique the user interface before we roll it out to the wider team.

You will receive the latest APK, test credentials and a detailed set of business-driven scenarios that I have already prepared. Your task is to execute those scenarios on a range of Android devices and OS versions you have access to, note any deviation from expected results, and highlight UX friction that could slow down everyday use by our staff.

Please document issues with clear reproduction steps, screenshots (or short screen recordings for performance lags), the environment used, and a severity rating so we can prioritise fixes quickly. When a scenario passes without defects I still want a brief confirmation, so the final report reads like a checklist we can sign off.

Deliverables
• A concise test report (PDF or spreadsheet) covering each provided scenario, including pass/fail status and any discovered defects.
• Supporting media (screenshots or videos) for every defect.
• A summary section calling out critical blockers, moderate issues, and minor UI/UX polish suggestions.
