I’m ready to put my Android app in front of users, but before hitting Publish I want solid reassurance that everything looks and behaves exactly as intended and that no security hole is left open.
What I need from you
• A hands-on exploration of every screen and flow: check layout consistency, responsiveness across common screen sizes, gesture handling and any visual glitches that might break the user experience.
• A targeted security sweep, with special attention to how data is encrypted locally and while travelling over the network. Intercept traffic, review certificate handling, look for exposed keys and test common OWASP Mobile risks so we can fix them early.
• A concise report that groups findings by severity, provides steps to reproduce, and suggests actionable fixes.
When the app is considered release-ready, package the updated AAB/APK, prepare the store listing, complete the policy and content declarations, and walk the build through the Google Play Console until it shows as “In review”. If the console flags anything, trace the root cause, patch it and resubmit so we reach a clean “Published” status.
You’ll likely use tools such as Android Studio, Firebase Test Lab, Burp Suite or similar; feel free to bring whichever stack you trust. My code is already in a Git repo and I can issue a testing key immediately, so you can start as soon as we agree on timing.
Deliverables
– Test report with UI and security findings
– Updated build (AAB/APK) ready for release
– Screenshots, policy screenshots and final Play Console status confirmation
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started.
