Android App For ads

I need an Android application that opens with a Phone Number Verification flow—OTP based—so every user is uniquely identified right from the start. After a successful sign-in, the core feature kicks in: each user must be shown Video ada, capped at ten ad views (or clicks to watch) per day. Once that quota is reached, the app should block additional ads for the next 24 hours and reset automatically at midnight.

To monetise, I am happy to integrate Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads or any other website that can deliver rewarded inventory; pick the one that best meets the daily-limit logic and regional fill rates. Whichever SDK you use, make sure it respects Google Play policies, handles failures gracefully, and records impressions so the daily count cannot be gamed.

A clean, Material-styled UI is enough—no extra bells and whistles—but the code must be well commented because I plan to iterate on it later. Please deliver:

• Full Android Studio project with gradle files
• All necessary ad-network configuration steps documented
• An APK (debug is fine) that I can sideload and test the 10-ad cycle

If anything in the spec seems unclear, flag it early so we can adjust before development begins.
