Android App Development for NBFC lead creation and staff login

I need a streamlined Android application whose first and non-negotiable requirement is secure user authentication based on the classic email-and-password flow. Everything else—screens, graphics, secondary features—can stay minimal for now; the goal is to deliver a clean, production-ready login / sign-up experience that I can build on later.

I’m picturing something lightweight that launches straight to a welcome screen, routes new users through account creation, stores credentials safely, and then lands them on a simple “home” placeholder once they’re verified. Whether you lean on Firebase Auth, AWS Cognito, or another standards-compliant solution is up to you, as long as best practices around encryption, token handling, and error messaging are followed.

Because authentication is the only feature set in scope, I’d like the project broken into short milestones:

• UX wireframe or mock-up of the login flow, Basically i need this app for lead creation and staff login for my new NBFC
• Implementation of email/password authentication, including forgot-password flow
• Basic home screen that confirms the user is logged in (OK to be a stub)
• Final APK plus full project source, clearly commented and ready for further expansion
