Android App Development

I’m looking for a skilled developer to build a brand-new Android app from the ground up. The project focuses exclusively on the Android platform, so deep familiarity with Android Studio, Kotlin or Java, and the latest Google Play guidelines is essential.

Here’s what I need:
• End-to-end development of the app, including clean, maintainable code and intuitive UI that follows Material Design best practices.
• Clear documentation and commented source files so I can maintain or extend the project later.
• A release-ready APK plus a debug build for testing, along with any required assets and dependencies consolidated in the repository.
• Basic guidance on submitting the app to Google Play (store listing, signing, versioning).

I already have a general concept and feature list drafted; once we start, I’ll share the full requirements, wireframes, and design preferences. You’re welcome to suggest technical improvements or UX enhancements along the way.
