Android Ad-View Automation Tool

I need a small utility that sits on an Android device and, once I manually trigger it, automatically plays through in-stream video ads on both YouTube and Facebook as if a real user were watching. iOS support is out of scope; every line of code can assume Android-only APIs.

Here is the essential flow I am after: I open the app (or tap a floating button), select a campaign, and the automation immediately begins navigating through YouTube and Facebook, locating the assigned videos, and letting each ad run to completion. The view must be registered exactly the same way an organic mobile view would be, so please handle realistic wait times, touches, and scroll behaviour. When the sequence finishes the tool should return to an idle state until I trigger it again.

For transparency, these are the concrete deliverables I expect:
• An installable APK plus full source code
• Clear build/run instructions and minimal device prerequisites
• A short read-me explaining how to add or change video URLs or IDs

Feel free to lean on Android Accessibility Service, UIAutomator, Appium, or any comparable framework as long as the end result is reliable, undetectable by the platforms, and easy for me to update.
