Analyze Customer Data Insights

I have a dataset that captures our customers’ interactions, purchases, and demographics, and I need a clear, well-documented analysis that turns those raw numbers into actionable insights. Your task is to explore the customer data, surface the key patterns, and explain what they mean for marketing, retention, and product decisions.

The scope includes:
• Cleaning and preparing the raw files (likely CSV exports from our CRM)
• Running descriptive and exploratory analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and correlations
• Producing a concise written summary that highlights the most impactful findings and recommended next steps
• Creating intuitive visualizations—feel free to suggest the best format, whether that ends up being charts, a compact dashboard, or another approach that communicates the story quickly

Deliverables will be a reproducible notebook or script (Python, R, or SQL), the final visuals in a shareable format, and a short slide deck or PDF report that non-technical stakeholders can read in minutes. I will provide the data and any additional context you need as soon as we start.
