I’m converting an attached garage in Anaheim into a Junior ADU studio that will share the main house bathroom; the only new feature is a kitchenette that is already fully designed. What I now need is a complete, permit-ready drawing package and someone who can walk it through the city until the permit is in hand.

2. Final drawing set includes site plan, demolition notes, floor plan, reflected ceiling, electrical, elevations, sections, construction details, Title 24 documents, and any structural sheets you determine necessary.
3. All files delivered in both PDF and DWG formats.
