I’m converting an attached garage in Anaheim into a Junior ADU studio that will share the main house bathroom; the only new feature is a kitchenette that is already fully designed. What I now need is a complete, permit-ready drawing package and someone who can walk it through the city until the permit is in hand.

Your core tasks
• Draft full architectural and any required structural/MEP sheets from my existing PDF design set, ready for City of Anaheim submittal.
• Verify the layout against California JADU code requirements and Anaheim’s local ordinances, adding Title 24 energy documents and any other calculations the city requests.
• Handle the permit process: compile forms, submit, track corrections, and provide revised drawings until final approval.

Key details
• Existing design files: PDF only.
• Scope of work is limited to the garage footprint; no new bathroom plumbing is involved.
• Deliverables must include digital CAD files and stamped PDFs suitable for online intake plus two plotted plan sets if the city requires paper copies.

Acceptance criteria
1. City of Anaheim issues the building permit without outstanding corrections.
2. Final drawing set includes site plan, demolition notes, floor plan, reflected ceiling, electrical, elevations, sections, construction details, Title 24 documents, and any structural sheets you determine necessary.
3. All files delivered in both PDF and DWG formats.

If you have local permitting experience and can move swiftly, let’s get this JADU ready for construction.
