1. Digital Research Report – Ampol Limited (2,000 words)

This assignment focuses on researching Ampol Limited, an Australian energy company.

The report includes:

* Section 1: Company background, competitors, business strategies, and a graph showing sales revenue, profit before tax, and share price over the last five years.
* Section 2: Analysis of three ESG initiatives and their contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
* Section 3: Evaluation of Ampol’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policy.
* Section 4: Analysis of the benefits and challenges of AI, including a stakeholder map.
* Section 5: A Canva infographic summarising the findings and Harvard referencing.

Section 6 (350-word reflection) does not need to be completed.

2. Industry Engaged Challenge (2,500 words)

This assignment focuses on designing an AI agent to solve a real business problem using Microsoft’s AI framework.

* Part 1 – Client Brief (1,000 words): Identify a business problem, propose an AI agent solution, explain its functions, include a visual workflow, and discuss risks, governance, and ethical considerations.
* Part 2 – Disruption Response (1,000 words): Revise the original AI agent proposal following a significant budget reduction. Explain which features should be prioritised, reduced, or removed, and include a change comparison table.

Parts 1 and 2 must be combined into one updated document.

Part 3 (400–500-word reflection) does not need to be completed.
