I need an experienced banking-operations professional to fortify our compliance framework. The scope centers on two fronts—regulatory compliance and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures—within a retail-banking context. I already have a prototype set of policies and control matrices; your role is to put them through a rigorous review, close any gaps, then expand them into a production-ready suite that satisfies current rules and industry best practice.

You’ll collaborate with me through focused video sessions and shared documents, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable policies our frontline teams can actually follow. A solid grasp of FATF guidance, Basel principles, and key regional regulators (e.g., RBI, FCA, FinCEN) will help you hit the ground running.

Deliverables
