Amharic Audio Transcription Project

I’m looking for a native-level Amharic speaker who can turn spoken recordings from Ethiopia into clean, well-formatted text. Everything is handled remotely under the internal label “Project PW,” so you’ll just need a reliable internet connection, good headphones, and the focus to capture every nuance of the audio.

You might receive interviews, meetings, or everyday conversations; the exact purpose of each file varies, so accuracy, correct spelling, and faithful representation of tone and pauses are important. I can accommodate whichever text format you prefer—Word, plain text, or SRT—so let me know what you’re most comfortable delivering.

For each batch I’ll share:
• The audio files
• A set of naming and timestamp guidelines
• A deadline that fits the file length

Your part is to return:
• A complete transcription that matches the guidelines
• A brief note flagging any sections that were unclear (if any)
