American English Proofreading Needed

I have several business-oriented marketing scripts that will be turned into training and explainer voice-overs. Before they go in front of the microphone I want every line polished so the flow sounds natural to a U.S. ear, the grammar is airtight, and the tone feels confident and persuasive.

The goal is simple: deliver copy that reads like it was written by a native American English speaker—what I’ve tagged in the brief as “Fluent English for voice recording.” Because these texts will guide learners, clarity and rhythm are just as important as catching stray commas.

You’ll receive the drafts in Google Docs and can work with Suggesting / Track Changes. After your pass I need two files back: one clean version ready for the voice artist, and one with visible edits so I can see what changed.

• Phrasing should flow naturally when read aloud.
• Tone must stay professional and persuasive, matching typical U.S. business marketing style.
