American Airlines Third-Party Documentation

I am wrapping up an airline-insurance claim and the claims team will only accept the original paperwork generated by the agency that issued the ticket. The flight in question was on American Airlines but it was booked through a third-party platform—not AA.com—so I need the exact files that the agency sent at the time of purchase and at the time of cancellation.
Here’s what I’m after:
• The original e-ticket/itinerary receipt that shows the fare, taxes, and form of payment.
• The cancellation or refund confirmation that clearly states the PNR and the refund amount or credit value.
• Any supporting email or PDF the agency system automatically generated (for example, an Agent Invoice, Itinerary Change Notice, or Travel Credit memo).
I’m authorized to act on the traveler’s behalf and can supply company documents confirming that authority. As soon as you provide verifiable copies—forwarded emails with full headers or untouched PDFs straight from the agency back-office system—I release the one-time $50 payment.
Experience working inside Expedia, Priceline, Amadeus, Sabre, Concur, Amex GBT, or similar U.S.-based travel systems is ideal because you’ll know exactly where to pull the files and how to make them look identical to what the insurer expects.
Authenticity is critical: the claim examiner will cross-check the PNR in American’s internal tools, so anything you provide must match the airline’s record perfectly.
If you already have access to a qualifying reservation, or you know how to retrieve one quickly, let’s talk today so I can get this paperwork submitted before my deadline.
