AMD EPYC 7543 Workstation Procurement & Shipping

Procurement Agent in China – Buy & Ship a Complete AMD EPYC 7543 Tower Workstation to New Delhi, India

I need a reliable procurement agent BASED IN MAINLAND CHINA (Mandarin speaker, able to buy from Taobao, JD.com, 1688, Xianyu or Shenzhen Huaqiangbei market) to find, verify, purchase and ship ONE COMPLETE, PRE-ASSEMBLED TOWER WORKSTATION from a Chinese seller / system integrator to me in New Delhi, India, at the lowest genuine price. I do NOT want loose components – the machine must be fully built and tested by the seller. It will run engineering simulation (CFD/FEA) 24/7.

REQUIRED MACHINE SPECIFICATION (tower, NOT rackmount)

1. CPU: 1 x AMD EPYC 7543, 32 cores / 64 threads, 2.8 GHz, socket SP3 (OPN 100-000000345). New or refurbished.
- Production CPU only – NOT an engineering/qualification sample (no ES/QS)
- UNLOCKED – NOT vendor-locked to Dell, HPE or Lenovo (no PSB lock)

2. Motherboard: Supermicro H12SSL-i (or H12SSL-NT), with BMC/IPMI. New or refurbished.
- Revision 2.x, OR revision 1.x with BIOS 2.0 or later (EPYC 7003 Milan support)

3. Memory: 8 x 64GB DDR4-3200 ECC Registered (RDIMM), 2Rx4 – total 512GB, all 8 channels filled. New or refurbished.
- Samsung, Micron or SK Hynix; all 8 identical (same brand and part number)
- NOT LRDIMM, NOT 3DS, NOT UDIMM, no mixed modules

4. CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3, or equivalent SP3 tower air cooler rated 225W+. New.

5. Storage: 2 x 2TB NVMe PCIe Gen4 M.2 2280 – Samsung 990 Pro or WD Black SN850X. New.

6. Power supply: 1000W 80+ Gold, fully modular, 100–240V input, with TWO 8-pin EPS CPU connectors. New. Standard IEC C13 power cord (I will use a local Indian cord).

7. Case: full-tower ATX/E-ATX, high airflow, 3+ front intake fans, CPU cooler clearance 170mm+. New.

8. Graphics card (OPTIONAL – the board has onboard VGA): NVIDIA T400 or T1000. New. Please quote with and without.

Operating system NOT required.
An equivalent pre-built configuration may be proposed, but any change from the above must be clearly listed for my approval.

YOUR SCOPE OF WORK

1. Sourcing – find 2–3 sellers / system integrators offering this complete machine.
NOTE: Chinese shopping sites do not open in India, so please DO NOT send only links. For each option, send:
• Full-page screenshots of the listing or the seller's written quotation (price in CNY, full component list, seller/store name, rating, sales count)
• Exact model / part number and condition (new/refurbished) of every component
• Seller's warranty / return policy
• Price breakdown in USD (machine + shipping + duties if DDP)
• The seller's written confirmation that the CPU is production, unlocked, not ES/QS, and which system it came from (if refurbished)

2. Purchase – only after my written approval; invoice in my name (Mohammad Haris).

3. Verification of the finished machine BEFORE shipping (mandatory – by the seller, checked by you):
• BIOS screenshot showing AMD EPYC 7543 (32 cores) and 512GB memory at 3200 MT/s
• BMC/IPMI web page screenshot showing the board working
• MemTest86 – at least 1 full pass on all 512GB with 0 errors (screenshot)
• CPU stress test of at least 2 hours (Prime95 or AIDA64), screenshot showing temperatures and no errors
• CrystalDiskInfo screenshots of both NVMe drives
• Photos of the finished machine (inside and outside, including the CPU cooler mounted, showing its orientation) and of every component label (CPU OPN/serial, motherboard revision, memory modules, SSDs, PSU, GPU) – serial numbers must match the machine shipped to me

4. Paperwork – commercial invoice (true value; HS code 8471.50; correct new/refurbished status) and packing list.

5. Packing – for international air freight: CPU cooler removed and packed separately in the box (or securely braced), with a tube of thermal paste included for re-mounting; graphics card (if included) secured; foam/double boxing.

6. Shipping – DHL / FedEx / UPS with tracking to New Delhi 110025, India. Quote both DDP (duties paid) and DAP, with shipping weight and box dimensions.

PAYMENT (Freelancer.com milestones only – no off-platform payments)
- Milestone 1: machine cost + shipping (+ duties if DDP) – funded in escrow when the project is awarded, released after you share the purchase invoice, all verification screenshots/photos and the tracking number
- Milestone 2: your service fee – released after delivery and successful power-on and testing at my end
- If you need a staged release of Milestone 1 (e.g. part on purchase invoice), propose it in your bid; it is subject to my approval

WARRANTY
State the seller's warranty on the complete machine and on the main components (minimum 1 year preferred), and how a faulty part will be handled (replacement process and who pays return shipping).
