Amazon & TikTok Store Setup

I want to launch my brand on Amazon and TikTok at the same time. I already have a regular TikTok account, but it still needs to be converted into a TikTok Shop, and I have no Amazon Seller Central account yet. Your job is to build both sales channels side-by-side so they are fully compliant, on-brand, and ready for me to start adding products as soon as you hand them over.

Deliverables
• Amazon: create a new Seller Central account, configure marketplace, shipping, taxes, and basic Brand Registry steps; design the storefront with my logo and banners; prepare one reusable listing template and verify it goes live without errors.
• TikTok: upgrade my existing profile to a TikTok Shop, set up payments, shipping, returns, and policies; brand the storefront to match Amazon; publish one sample shoppable video or catalog listing.
• Documentation: a concise checklist of the information or documents you’ll need from me, plus step-by-step notes so I can manage future listings on my own.
• Completion criteria: both stores must be live, test purchases (or sandbox checks) must pass, and I can see one sample product successfully published on each platform.

Please include an estimated timeline for running both setups concurrently and name any tools you prefer for inventory sync, listing automation, or basic SEO (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar). Let’s get these storefronts launched smoothly and quickly.
