I need a small desktop utility that connects to my Seller Central account through Amazon’s SP-API and handles one very specific order-processing step: shipment tracking. The application should poll for recently shipped orders, pull the carrier name and tracking ID I have already uploaded, and then push basic status updates (shipped, in transit, delivered, exception) back through the SP-API so the order timeline inside Seller Central stays in sync.

Key points
• Focus is shipment tracking only; no inventory work or deep sales analytics needed.
• Basic status updates are enough—location–by–location detail is unnecessary.
• The tool must run locally on Windows, storing credentials securely (refresh token, client ID/secret).
• I would like clear setup instructions and the full source code so I can recompile or extend it later.

Acceptance criteria
– Given a test order with a valid tracking number, the app detects the current carrier status and posts the corresponding update through SP-API without manual intervention.
– Logs plainly show each API call, the response code, and any error message.
– A simple UI or config file lets me set polling frequency and choose which marketplaces to watch.

If you are comfortable with SP-API rate limits, OAuth workflow, and a Windows-friendly language such as Python (Tkinter/PyInstaller) or C# (.NET), this should be a straightforward build. I’m ready to review your approach and get started right away.
