Amazon Reinstatement Appeal Assistance

My Amazon Seller Central account is currently suspended after a DAC7 VAT verification failure. Amazon says the Irish VAT registration document I supplied was rejected, so the system now treats my VAT details as invalid and has locked the account.

I need someone who already knows Amazon’s DAC7 workflow and EU marketplace compliance to own the entire process in Seller Central so the account is fully restored.
