# Amazon Product Listing & Variation Setup – Gramin Naturals Brahmi Shankhpushpi Kalp

We are looking for an experienced Amazon India seller/listing specialist to create and publish our product listings on Amazon.

### Product Variations

We have **4 main flavour variants**:

1. Classic
2. Chocolate
3. Kesar Elaichi
4. Turmeric

Each flavour is available in **3 pack sizes**:

* 100 g
* 500 g
* 1 kg

Therefore, the total number of Amazon child variations/SKUs to be created and listed is:

**4 Flavours × 3 Sizes = 12 Variations**

### Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for:

* Creating the Amazon India product listing(s)
* Creating the correct parent-child variation structure
* Adding all **12 variations**
* Correctly mapping flavour and pack size variations
* Preparing SEO-friendly Amazon product titles
* Bullet points and product descriptions
* Backend search terms / relevant keywords
* Entering product specifications and attributes correctly
* Uploading product images provided by us
* Selecting the appropriate Amazon category
* Entering HSN/GST and other required product information as provided
* Handling GTIN/UPC/EAN exemption requirements if applicable
* Ensuring the listing follows Amazon's current listing guidelines
* Resolving listing errors or suppressed-listing issues arising during the setup
* Checking that all variations are correctly connected under the parent listing
* Making the listing **live and purchasable on Amazon**

### Important

This project is **not considered completed when the listing is only created as a draft or submitted for approval**.

The project will be considered completed only when:

**All 12 product variations are successfully listed, approved, live on Amazon, and visible for customers to purchase.**

The freelancer should also verify that the variation relationship, images, pricing, pack sizes and flavour selections are displaying correctly on the live Amazon product page.

### Materials We Will Provide

We will provide the required product information, images, brand/product details, pricing, pack-size information and other documents/data required for the listing.

The freelancer should have good knowledge of **Amazon Seller Central, Amazon variation listings, parent-child ASIN creation, GTIN exemption and Amazon India listing requirements.**

### Payment Terms

**Payment will be released only after the complete listing is successfully completed and the listings are LIVE on Amazon.**

No payment will be released merely for submitting drafts, creating incomplete listings, or submitting listings that are still pending approval.

### Freelancer Requirements

Please apply only if you have previous experience creating Amazon India listings, especially **parent-child variation listings with multiple flavours and pack sizes**.

In your proposal, please mention:

* Your previous Amazon listing experience
* Experience with variation/parent-child listings
* Whether you have handled GTIN exemption
* How many Amazon listings/ASINs you have successfully created
